“ I was in town from Raleigh to renew my driver’s license and visited this lovely coffee shop after my appointment. I loved the cheery and welcome vibe provided by the friendly staff, plentiful house plants and natural sunlight! Food was amazing (I had the breakfast sandwich on croissant) and my lavender latte was perfect. If I ever find myself in Rocky Mount again, I’ll be sure to stop in again! ”
“ First time visit today with my family. Loved the food, drinks and the atmosphere was nostalgic. Definitely worth going back. ”
“ The cinnamon toast crunch cold nitrobrew with your choice of milk is amazing! The location had an impressive seating areas. There were some study groups working hard together, and families catching some delicious bites. We sat near an elderly couple. Everyone was there enjoying their experience in a wonderful harmony. The employees were fast and friendly. Their baked goods are awesome too. ”
“ Great stop! House made syrups, loose leaf tea, lots of gluten free options, generous sandwich portion (we split a gf club), option to have mugs and glass cups, and very chill atmosphere. ”
“ V cool vibe, spacious. I love that they kept the distressed wood and tile floors and filled the space with local pottery - from the coffee mugs to the pots holding the plants and succulents. Excellent coffee: I was lucky Thelonius Mocha (dark and white chocolate, cinnamon, spice) was on the menu - much flavor happening in that cup! Food: my wife loved the flavor and hardiness of the avocado toast and I enjoyed every bite of the breakfast burrito. With the spicy aioli on the side I was able to get just the right amount of kick. People: the staff gave us excellent service and promote a laid-back, comfortable “welcome to our community” feel. ”
“ So I actually tried to go to a different coffee shop closer to the highway that turned out to be closed. But this worked to my advantage because I had one of the best London Fog similar tea lattes that I've had in my journeys across the state of North Carolina to visit all 100 counties. The staff were very welcoming and promptly made my drink even though an iced tea latte wasn't technically on the menu. I also tried one of the scones that they heated up for me but it was a little too crunchy for my liking. Because the scone wasn't that great. The price felt a little bit high but the tee was definitely worth it. Also, the overall look of the location was really cool with lots of places to sit and work or relax as well as some merch and a little Free library. I may have missed it but I wish they'd had a sticker for the store as well. ”
“ This was the cutest little coffee shop! Stop by if you are ever in the area! My food and matcha were delicious! Wish they were local! Service was slow, so be prepared to wait. ”
“ Beautiful space, excellent service, delicious drinks. The chai is house-made and perfectly balanced. The building nicely preserved and the greenery gives it such a relaxing vibe. What a gem! ”
